I just reloaded my last saved cart and got to the point of payment with no issues, and have checked my account status, past orders and other functions without issue. I would suggest trying to reach their live support when they are online during their normal business hours in China. I find them fast, helpful and actually quite well versed in communications with those of us that lean towards English. Best wishes! The site appears to be working fine for me.
