The good news is that the USB adapter style chargers are quite cheap, and will work with any USB charger, computer, laptop etc. As for which is better, I like the size of the E8 better (smaller) but the E9 is a more satisfying product. I've used the E8 for several months, and recently went to the E9 and am quite glad that I did. I get more vapour, more flavour and more throat hit using the E9 then I did with the E8.
