Steve:

I don't know of any affiliate program that runs multiple levels. I do have an affiliate account with both e-cig.com (through the link on the side bar) and also with Blu. My e-cig.com affiliate account pays a flat percentage of the total order placed, so even if you order a huge volume and it is discounted, I understand that I will receive my commission based on the actual selling price of your order. Just go through my link to place your orders and I'll be taking my share! And thanks for the consideration. I do appreciate it. So far, I've earned about $150 which I've used to stock up on different cartomizers and batteries (the major weakness of the E9). I have never tried Blu, but only since they can't ship to Canada, and I've heard mixed reviews, but that can also be said about virtually every brand that I've read about. In truth, about 90% (from what I can see anyway) of all e-cig products come out of one of two manufacturers in China. Even the so-called US products include components that can be traced back to the Chinese manufacturers. Some are better than others for sure, most notably in batteries, but they typically come at a much higher cost than other models. The good news is that e-cig.com is due to return from their holiday on Wednesday of this week. You can place the order before that, but they won't actually be processing until then, and I expect they'll have a little backlog to catch up on.
Good luck in your venture!
