My primary supplier is e-cig.com (see the E9 kit image on the right for the link). I’ve selected them for a wide range of reasons, including their innovation in the e-cig market. Add in a solid delivery guarantee, product warranty, support and quality, and they are a top tier supplier for sure.
They have recently changed their site and added a couple of new features for their E9 series e-cig (and others) that you might like to look at. First, you can now order any cartridges in either Propylene Glycol (PG) or Vegetable Glycol (VG) base. The VG base is even healthier than the PG base as it is based on plant oils, not synthetic, and removes some of the concerns raised in using e-cigs. I know that there is still testing needed to prove that there are any real benefits, but at least they offer the choice which is something I don’t yet see many other vendors offering. Secondly, they now have a super-long cartomizer cartridge that offers more vapour and more puffs – 1600 puffs actually, making it the longest and strongest cartomizer style cartridge yet to be made. I’ll be ordering some of the VG long cartridges shortly and see just how they perform in normal use.
Stay tuned! I know I’m not the most prolific blogger in this area, but there hasn’t been much to write about lately! I’m back to more e-cig than regular, and hoping to kick the tobacco once again completely this month. And I’ll keep you posted on news and progress on order successes and failures as my new orders make their way to me.

Quitting is always the best option. I would check any adverse effects cause by not just smoking but nicotine…and of course, ask your physician.
I quit after 10 years of smoking traditional cigarettes by switching to electronic. I think 50% of it for me was the actual act of smoking, which the E-Cigarette obviously helps. The ecig doesn’t smell, no second hand smoke, you can smoke it pretty much everywhere, and you still get your nicotine with much less chemicals!
I guess the companies don’t make quit smoking or health claims due to FDA regulations but common sense says 4000+ chemicals vs. a few is going to be much much healthier for you.
As far as brands, just do your research. I tried a few before finding ProSmoke from wwww.ProSmokeStore.com but everyone might want something different. Check cigreviews and electroniccigarettespot for opinions and reviews. The other brands came close but I am very content with what I have now.
In the long run, it is also much cheaper. I would say 50+% for smokers. God this sounds like an infomercial….but do your research and good luck quitting!
